Usage-based pricing is simple: Pay for what you use. Your bill is calculated based on the unit price multiplied by:

  • Number of recognitions given
  • Number of help requests posted
  • Number of fun events hosted and
  • Number of AI prompts made for engagement insights and suggestions during the billing period

Yes, we offer a fixed pricing option along with Enterprise Custom pricing models. However, we recommend usage-based pricing for cost efficiency, as it ensures you pay only for the actual usage leading to outcomes.
